Project Delivery
Project Delivery as a Service provides end-to-end, on-demand delivery leadership—planning, building, and operating your initiatives to deliver predictable, measurable outcomes without the overhead of a full internal PMO.
The framework follows four phases—Initiate, Plan, Design & Build, and Stabilize & Operate—to take initiatives from setup through steady-state delivery. It starts by defining the program execution model, project governance, and the implementation plan so delivery expectations, roles, and controls are clear from day one.
In Plan, each workstream is chartered and detailed work plans are developed, reporting requirements are finalized, and core PM processes are refined and prepared for deployment. This phase also includes orientation planning and workshops to ensure teams align on ways of working before the technology solution is rolled out.
In Design & Build, the project management solution is configured to match the agreed governance and processes, reporting is developed and standardized, and user provisioning, data cleansing/migration, and readiness activities are completed. Stabilize & Operate then launches and monitors the solution, manages integrated plans and dependencies, runs weekly operating rhythms and status reporting, and provides post–go-live support to sustain predictable delivery.
